Buying Procedure

All ollas are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. If you have an item in your cart, and someone else selects the same item, the first one to check out gets the purchase, and the other buyer's cart will then show the item as "sold". With books and pottery rings, we have multiple units, and we will reset so that you can make your purchase. However, this may take up to one business day, so please check back.

Product Availablity

All items are available and ready for delivery.

Payment Policy

We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & Discover). Checks and Money Orders are not accepted.

There is no minimum dollar order and you may order one, or more items.

Tax Policy

Sales tax will be charged to New Mexico residents, unless they supply us with a valid NM Resale Certificate. However, customers picking up their purchases at our Las Cruces, NM location will not be charged sales tax as we will absorb the tax in that situation.

Local Pick-up Policy

Local pick-up is available at our store with advance notice.

Hours for pick-up:

Friday: 10:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 business days. Refund will be given as Money Back through payment method used (i.e. Credit card, etc.), freight is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Return insurance is mandatory: lack thereof voids any refund if goods are damaged.

Privacy Policy

No credit card information/data is stored in our computers, or servers. Likewise our Merchant Services do not store or sell any data, either. All the same, we recommend that buyers use “one-time” credit card numbers available from their credit card suppliers.

To receive timely information from us, please contact us to let us know it is alright to e-mail you, either by sending your e-mail address to us at sales@mataortiz4u.com or clicking on Contact Us (on the left side of this page). You may opt-out at any time by e-mailing us. Regardless you will receive comfirmation of any orders by e-mail.

Miscellaneous

Regarding our E-bay auctions, we abide by all rules mandated by E-bay. We also abide by all rules and regulations proscribed by the  United Parcel Service (UPS). Additionally, we abide by all rules of United States and International law. Normally, we don't offer for sale any cracked or damaged merchandise. However, some ollas/pottery may have an occasional process-flaw such as a fire-flash. In such cases, those things will be pointed out with descriptions and photographs.
